Version 4.1.1 (November 2004)

1.  the installation kit (14mb). When your browser asks you where to put this file (setup.exe), choose a scratch area on your hard disk. You will be able to delete this file later.
2. Run this file. The install procedure (which I am sure will be familiar to you) will be carried out. It will copy the files into the required directory structure and will create some shortcuts in your Start menu.
3. Basically, you can default all the questions it will ask you. You might like to alter the folder on your hard disk which the application will be copied into. If in doubt, just agree to everything.
4. That's it. You can now delete setup.exe and start using DanceData.
5. For various technical reasons which I can't get the courage to go into, the data included in this installation is not always the latest version. You can download the data update files by going to the update page and following the instructions there.
