| 1 - 2 | All Advance and Retire. |
| 3 - 4 | 1C with 2C, and 3C with 4C right hands across half way round. |
| 5 - 6 | All turn partner right hand half way round and stay facing in the middle. |
| 7 - 8 | All cast out to own sides (as in Argyll Strathspey). |
| 9 - 12 | 1C with 4C, four hands round to the left. 1C stay in the middle facing down with nearer hands joined, 4C stay in the middle facing up with nearer hands joined. |
| 13 - 16 | 1C dance under the arch made by 4C, cast round 3C while 4C dance up and cast round 2C. |
| 17 - 24 | 2C with 4C and 1C with 3C poussette right round. |
| 25 - 26 | 3C dance up two places (4C and 1C stepping down). |
| 27 - 32 | 2C, 3C, 4C dance mirror reels of three (2C dance in and down, 3C out and up, 4C in and up). |
Finish in order 2,3,4,1 ready to begin again.
